It has been six long months since the last issue of the Newsletter . I must say it has been a trying time, nevertheless, I will press on in spite of the obstacles I am facing. Embracing your destiny is never an easy task. There are all kinds of obstacles that we must overcome; fear, doubt, self, people and devices of the enemy. One question we must ask ourselves, "What will it cost me if I don't embrace my destiny?” Too many times we focus on how difficult it is and not the price we will pay if we don't. We must keep in mind that our destiny is not only for us but those who it will impact. Every day we fail to move one step closer to our destiny, that individual who we are to help spends another day in whatever circumstance he or she is in.
It is imperative for us to know in whom we believe if we are going to fulfill our destiny. We must know that nothing can separate us from the love of God.
Romans 8: 35 - 37
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
This months issue is a little different I will share with you some of the nuggets of wisdom from my book “Embracing Destiny.” My prayer is that you are empowered and encouraged as you read to embrace your destiny.
Do you remember how as a child you believe you could become anything you wanted to be, but as you grew older things happened that caused your belief about yourself to change. People’s words, actions, life’s struggles, failures, bad experiences all helped to taint, reshape, distort, and to some extent destroy the belief that you can become anything you want to be in life. It is all a part of the enemy's plan to destroy us, but God’s plan and purpose for us it to live an abundant life. Jesus declares in John chapter 10 verse 10; “ The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Let us put the devil to shame and embrace our destiny knowing that nothing can separate us from the love of God. So are you ready to dream again?

God’s timing is already set in motion, if we can remember that as the earth rotates and the clouds shift so the Lord will cause a shift in our lives.
